Very interesting! But, from a practical point of view, I think that there exists a huge bottlenect in terms of encoding data in DNA chains.

I mean, with standard SSD, it is possible to write ~520 MBps and that is something which I wonder it is impossible to achieve with a chemical process. So, although you would be able to store all the data available on Internet, you may take { insert a very huge number of years here } to store it.

Do you have any info about synthesizing speed?
